TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration Policy
In order to ensure maximum benefit to all participants, the following policies will be strictly adhered to. Please read them carefully (we strongly suggest you print a copy for your records).
Cancellations & Refunds
Top Three Authors' Subscription
Cancellation of your monthly subscription is the purchaser’s responsibility. You can either cancel by using the link on your original confirmation email or by accessing your account here on Kajabi and stopping payment.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for monthly subscriptions.
Cancellation results in loss of access to courses and ongoing education.
Program Software Requirements
To participate fully in all workshop areas and activities, you will need a current Internet browser and access to Zoom, as well as Microsoft Word. Publishing will require that you become familiar with Microsoft Word, so we recommend getting used to it now. You will also need an email account to receive registration confirmations and workshop announcements. All programs are hosted on Kajabi.
Workshop Confirmation
You will receive email notification of acceptance of your registration as soon as your payment is processed, with unlocked access in your Library, here in Kajabi.
Intellectual Property Agreement
By completing payment, you confirm that you understand you are not allowed to share, distribute or repurpose for outside use any of Anjanette "AJ" Harper's intellectual property, protected under copyright. Because there are workshops in which you will participate with other members, you agree that any ideas other members share in their ongoing development belongs to them (and your ideas belong to you).
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination from membership. Subscription/payments will cease and no refund will be awarded. AJ Harper and her employees are not liable for others who choose not to honor this agreement.
Expected Comportment
We have basic rules of conduct that we expect all members of our community to follow. In short, all members are to be treated with equal respect, regardless of race, creed, religion, sexuality or gender. We reserve the right to remove a person from our community if they are abusive, racist, or otherwise cause harm or disruption to other participants. Subscription/payments will cease and no refund will be awarded.
This is not a community to push your business or programs, but to learn and grow as an author.
We reserve the right to allow the evolution of our team to find new ways to be inclusive and expand our Terms of Service to reflect new ways to be a welcome respite for authors of all backgrounds, notifying the community at large when updated.
Feedback & Criticism
As a community member you agree to AJ Harper/Top Three rules of engagement, which is that the one person allowed to offer critique, due to expertise, is AJ. Community members will not judge or criticize the developing work of other community members. Failure to adhere to these rules could result in termination of membership.
Tax Information
Current U.S. tax law permits certain deductions for tuition, books, supplies and similar expenses incurred to maintain and improve professional skills. Tuition payments may also be eligible for Lifetime Learning tax credits. For current tax information, always consult your local tax professional. (Please note that these are non-vocational workshops and are not intended to provide instruction that results in the acquisition of occupational skills or professional certification).
International Students
Proficiency in English is required for all online workshops. There are no additional charges for students outside the U.S., but tuition must be paid in U.S. funds (all prices posted on our website are in U.S. dollars).
